This policy explains what Genxpixel collects when you visit this website or send us a brief, why we collect it, who it is shared with and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what you send us, plus basic technical data needed to run the site and block spam. We use it to reply and do the work, and we never sell it or put it on a list.
What we collect
When you send a brief through the contact form, we collect:
- Your first and last name and your email address
- Your phone number and country code, if you add them
- The subject and the project description you write
If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to share there, such as your name, number and messages.
To keep the form free of spam, our server holds your IP address in memory for 10 minutes to limit repeated submissions. It is not written to a database. Our hosting providers may also keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics. Fonts, images and videos are served from our own server.
When the form shows the "I'm not a robot" check, it is provided by Google reCAPTCHA. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and browser data, and may set its own cookies to tell people from bots. That information goes to Google and is covered by Google's own policies:
How we use it
- To reply to your brief and answer your questions
- To prepare a scope, timeline and fixed price, and to deliver the work if you hire us
- To keep a record of our conversations and projects with you
- To protect the website and the form from spam and abuse
We do not use your details for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:
- Our customer messaging platform (Chatwoot), where each brief is stored as a conversation our team replies to
- Google reCAPTCHA, when the human check is shown, as described above
- The hosting and network providers that run this website
- Professional advisers or authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights
These providers may only use your information to provide their service to us.
Where it is handled
Our team works from the United States and Pakistan, so your information may be accessed from both countries. Wherever it is handled, we protect it as this policy describes.
How long we keep it
We keep a brief and our conversation about it for as long as we need to reply, deliver any work and keep accurate business records. After that we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your choices and rights
Email us at any time to:
- Find out what personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Have your information deleted
We will reply promptly and within the time the law allows. We will never treat you differently for making a request. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Because we do not track you across websites or sell personal information, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change how this site behaves.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and only the team members who need a brief to do their job can see it. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we work to protect yours.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Other websites
Links to our social profiles, WhatsApp and other websites take you to services we do not control. Their own privacy policies apply there.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
